Clare Potter : Artist in the Landscape
Clare Potter is a writer and poet based in Cardiff, Wales. She won the prestigious John Tripp Award for Spoken Poetry in 2004 (named in honour of the late Cardiff poet). Clare graduated from the University of Wales, Swansea in English and American Studies in 1995 and spent a number of years in the United States, where she lived in New Orleans.
Since returning to Wales she has had a string of publication credits – including ‘The Red Poets Magazine', ‘Outlaw', ‘Timbuktu', ‘Earthlove', ‘The Western Mail' and ‘The South Wales Golfer'. Her first collection of poetry is published in 2006.
